When booking with us, half the total amount of your booking is required and the remainder is taken on the day of arrival. We reserve the right to request bonds at any time.

If paying by credit or debit card a 1% surcharge will apply to all transactions.

Check-in is from 2pm until 9pm.

Check-out is at 10am.

Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable, less 10% of the total tariff per cottage booked [cancellation fee], if the cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to arrival date. If less than 14 days to arrival date, the deposit is refunded, less the cancellation fee, only if another guest rebooks the dates of your booking and to the equivalent value.

We have a strict policy on noise and rowdy behaviour and expect all guests to respect the quiet enjoyment of other guests. Failure to respect this will result in you being asked to leave without refund. Stricly No smoking in accommodation. Failure to comply will result in a min $200 charge to guest credit card due to inability to rent to ongoing guests.

Additional cleaning charges apply if the accommodation isnt left tidy. Guests are responsible for any damage of the accommodation or its contents.

The cost of any repairs or replacements required will be charged to guests credit card.

A $200.00 per person bond will be taken prior to arrival for adult groups of 4 plus.

Strictly NO pets allowed in cottages or on the property due to the large numbers of native wildlife in the immediate area.
